The eldest daughter-in-law gets stuck preparing tons of food for the traditional holidays. I am glad I will never be a Korean daughter-in-law. Even if I were to marry a Korean, I just wouldn't do this stuff. I respect Korean culture; that doesn't mean I have to copy it.
Good Man had to visit his grandmother for the holidays and he complained about the obligation. My coworkers also complained. I have yet to hear Koreans speak fondly of their holidays.
