Kicking, Kicking, Kicking

We kicked a lot in class. My feet hurt. I got to do some new kicks I've never done before and I got to hold the targets in a way I've never held them before. I did not stick around for the soccer meet against Brother Studio that started at 10 pm.

I am not a high enough belt to compete next month , but if I understood correctly, I should be able to compete at the start of next year—if I manage to pass some regional belt test. In any case, I will be going to the 경기 (tournament) next month to watch and take pictures.

Last week Master taught me tomorrow (내일) and daily (매일). Tonight Master taught me today (오늘), the day after tomorrow (모레), and two days after tomorrow (글피).

I should go to Korean class more (hey, I've been busy) but I swear, Master teaches me a lot of Korean.

An American educator moves to Korea, presumably to teach English. Instead she discovers that learning Korean one taekwondo class at a time is a more captivating activity.
