His Fault

Considering how I break down into tears just thinking of saying goodbye to Master, I'm not sure how I'll really be able to do it in two weeks.

Tonight Good Man was hugging me while I was crying. "It'll be OK."

"I know," I said. "You know I want to go with you, right?"

"I know. I'm sorry."

"It's not your fault," I wailed. A few seconds later, "Wait. It is, actually."

I can feel how important master means to you. I wouldn't be able to bear to say goodbye to someone like him... You should write a write a really long letter in korean!(could you have done this when you first came?) Tell him how you feel about him. Really personal. Remember all those photos you took? use it to tell him how far you've come, thanks to him. All the happiness, hardships, achievements. Invite him to the states. Goodbyes are part of life, you gotta do it somehow. Best of luck!

Goodbyes are always hard.

It's good to have a shoulder to cry on when you do them.

Somewhere along the way, she met a Good Man, fell in love, and ended up back in the States. Still doing taekwondo, still learning Korean...
