As of Monday, Good Man is finished with his first year of grad school. We went out to dinner tonight to celebrate.

Hooray! We celebrated when TCB finished his first year, and it seemed like the first year was the hardest.

*I* remember in August, before school started, that Good Man was very stressed that he wouldn't do well. *He* claims he was never stressed. *I* am right. :P

He has one more year (it's a two year Master's program), but that is a bit different. This year he had six classes. Next year he has only four. Because we should receive the NOA (Notice of Action) before school starts, he has some flexibility. If he were an int'l student, he'd have to split the classes up 3/1. But since he shouldn't be on a student visa post-NOA, he could do 2/2 or even 1/3 if he wanted. Hell, he could take all 4 in the first semester and graduate early...IF they offer the classes he needs first semester. But I don't think I'd encourage that. I'd rather he take some dang driving classes that first semester!!

:D Close! You got the noun, not the verb.

He got his grades back--2 A-'s and a B.

An American educator moves moved to Korea, presumably to teach English. Instead she discovers discovered that learning Korean one taekwondo class at a time is was a more captivating activity.

Somewhere along the way, she met a Good Man, fell in love, and ended up back in the States. Still doing taekwondo, still learning Korean...
