These bowls can be placed directly over an open flame and cooked in. You then put them on a small serving plate and eat the soup or stew boiling hot. We got two bowls with lids and two serving plates from the Korean market. We don't have to eat our Korean food from them...but I want to.

Once upon a time, I made a list of things I wanted to do in my life. One of the things on the list was "take a photo every day for one year." I attempted to do this (and succeeded) in 2008. Now I'm doing it again...
